The VINTAGE BLACK EXPO is a curated bi-annual event celebrating Black vintage fashion, icons, history, art and culture.

Enjoy a live vintage and sustainable fashion show, interactive style sessions and demos, an elders panel and more! Find awesome vintage resellers and antique collectors across the region selling high-quality vintage clothing, artwork, records, memorabilia, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, decor & furniture. Tour the museum, shop, take photos and network as our DJ provides the vibes, and our chefs will brings the feel good food.

Held each spring and fall from 11am-7pm at the Eubie Blake Center at 847 N Howard St Baltimore MD 21202. Tickets are just $10. More details available at www.vintageblackexpo.com

This self-guided tour helps guest discover hidden gems, explore different parts of the city and learn more about secondhand culture. Along the tour we will sharw thrifting tips, hold style sessions, hold contests, give prizes, sip, shop and support! We also encourage guests to bring in feminine hygiene products and personal care items to support our sisters who are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and homelessness.

HOW THE TOURS WORK

We meet up at a centreal location for ice-breakers and breakfast. Next, we tour several local secondhand stores, online stores and/or pop-ups for a few hours and share thrifting tips and participate in fun engaging activities and contests. Guests receive a FREE Tightfisted Fashion tote bag, exclusive shopping deals from our participating stores and refreshments. We encourage you to bring a friend, clean out your trunk and consider carpooling as we plan on doing a little driving and shopping in support of these small businesses.
